How can I pay?
Online store: via iDEAL or bank transfer
Home pickup: card payment available
Market stalls: pay by card or cash
How and when will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 5 working days, often sooner
During market events, shipping occurs after the event
In busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer
Products that need to be reordered have a longer delivery time
Shipping costs in the Netherlands
Letterbox mail: €4.50
Parcel shipping: €7.00
Free shipping on orders over €100
If postal rates change, new rates will apply
We aim to use recycled and plastic-free packaging materials
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we regularly ship to Belgium, Germany, and Denmark.
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Can I return or exchange products?
Custom-cut products cannot be returned.
All other products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Include your order number
Items must be unused, unwashed, and properly packaged
No returns on custom-cut, special orders, or custom-dyed items
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
If all conditions are met, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
What if there's an issue with my product?
If there's a manufacturing defect, despite our careful checks, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do discount codes work?
Standard codes: available to everyone and shared via social media; valid for a limited time
Personal codes: one-time use only and non-transferable
Misuse = order cancellation and full refund
Discount codes are not valid on orders that have already been paid.
Can I pick up my order?
At our home (in Delft):
By appointment
Please pay in advance via the webshop
No cash payments; card payment available

At a market stall:
See the market schedule for dates
Order in advance – preferably by the Wednesday before a weekend market
